The front deck is the perfect morning spot to soak in the ocean views and beautiful sunrise with a huge back deck made for sunsets. This home has a great layout with lots of light and views of the water from every room.

Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room stocked with umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, picnic table, laundry room with washer and dryer, large outdoor shower, plus a gas grill, BBQ charcoal grill and a hammock! And a hot tub!
