This home has ground level convenience and is professionally cleaned and decorated, centrally located, within walking distance to the beach and sound! We pride ourselves on the clean, comfortable environment that we provide for our guests. With four bedrooms, a large living room, bonus media/rec room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and office, we hope to check off every must have on your list!

This home is conveniently located next to a 1.5 acre park with a slide and swing sets just steps away from the property. You will enjoy a short walk to the beach. It is only 700 steps or a .3 mile drive to the Hayman St. beach access, which is only one street over with a life guard on duty between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you choose to drive to the beach access, you will find parking and an outdoor shower. There is also a sound side gazebo overlooking the water that offers amazing sunsets, crabbing, water sports, kayaking and bird watching within walking distance.

We are conveniently located near groceries, restaurants, movie theater, shopping, golf courses, miniature golf, coffee shops, Avalon fishing pier and the Wright Brother’s Memorial. Most are within walking or biking distance, while all are only a short drive away. If you enjoy beautiful sunsets, please make time to use the four beach cruiser bikes that we provide.

There is a bike path at the end of the street which expands from Kitty Hawk to the Wright Brothers Memorial. There are several stopping points that offer amazing sunset views with picnic tables, gazebos and docks. Pack a picnic, bring your camera, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area!

If you are an early riser, you will not want to miss the sun rise over the ocean. This is also the best time to see the dolphin playing in the surf!

Now let’s talk about comfort! The No Wake Zone offers two King size beds, One queen, a bunk room with twin over twin and a bonus room with another twin bed. Each bed has a new comfortable memory foam mattress, laundered sheets and new comforter quilts. The main living room which is open to the kitchen and dining area provides comfortable seating for eight/ten. Everyone can be together in this open concept layout. If you are looking for privacy, there is another media/rec. room with reclining sofa just off the main living room with double doors to close off. There is also a private study off the upstairs king bedroom.

If ambiance is what makes a vacation special to you, you will enjoy the beautiful coastal décor, electric fireplace and LED lit lanterns with remote control. With plenty of space, comfortable bedding, and beautiful surroundings, you are sure to relax in this Outer Banks beach home.

Ground level living!

For those with ambulatory restrictions who are looking for ground level conveniences, this may be the perfect vacation home for you!

The kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry room, full bathroom, living and media/rec room are all on the ground level.

The layout of the home:

Ground Level: Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Rec/Media room, Laundry room, full bathroom, King bedroom with walk-in closet and Queen room.

Upstairs: One king bedroom with private study, one bunk room with twin over twin, and a bonus room with a twin bed.

We offer many amenities! Our kitchen is stocked with all the tools you will need to prepare meals. We provide an Instant Pot, crock pot, blender, coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, serving platters, and place settings. Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining table that will seat eight!

There are six televisions. Each bedroom has a television, except for the twin bonus room.

For outdoor entertainment, we provide four beach cruiser bikes, six beach chairs, cornhole boards, a gas grill, picnic table with umbrella and outdoor seating. You will also find an assortment of family games, a bar cabinet, electric fireplace, and a small assortment of books. For the little ones we provide building blocks, a pack n play, and highchair. Last but not least... We have a new outdoor shower! The exterior shower offers a great convenience when returning from the beach. It’s not a real Outer Banks experience unless you have showered outside! There are many other conveniences provided for our guests, such as, paper towel roll, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and coffee to get you started. There will be a Welcome Book provided full of information to make your stay easy and relaxing upon arrival.

We are continuing to add luxury and special touches to our home and outdoor spaces. We love our beautiful beach house and are excited to share it with others! To maintain its beauty and quality, we do not allow parties, events, pets, or over occupancy, with No Exceptions. This home is privately cared for and intended to be an escape for responsible travelers, looking to get away and enjoy this beautiful setting. Please help us maintain the luxurious feel of this home by treating our home as if it were your own.

Our goal is to provide a "home away from home" feel for our guests that exceeds the average rental. This house by the sea is sure to provide a lovely relaxing beach vacation that will bring you back for more year after year.

Linens: We provide a bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, and beach towel for each registered guest for no fee. Sheets are provided for a fee of $55.00. They are professionally laundered and delivered to the home before your arrival. We also provide blankets, comforters, and a kitchen towel free of charge.

5 Fun OBX Facts:

The beach is only 700 steps away. Less than half a mile, .3 to be exact, from our driveway to the ocean. Wild horses still run wild along the beach in Corolla. They are descendants of Spanish Mustangs which survived early shipwrecks. There are approximately 100 still roaming the beaches. Publix Grocery Store will deliver groceries through Instacart directly to your front door step! Take a bike ride to the end of the street at sunset to be the envy of your friends with the most beautiful sunset photos. Jockey’s Ridge State Park is home to the largest sand dunes on the entire East Coast! It’s only 6.5 miles away, so go check it out and have a great “Climb”!
