Single Fin Bistro Bar & Grill is the first and only hybrid Thai-Sushi restaurant in the Outer Banks by Art Maliyam.

Having just opened its doors in June 2017, the Nags Head restaurant is the area’s newest hot spot for both locals and tourists.
