The Colington Café is tucked away in Victorian house surrounded by giant live oak trees, beautiful gardens and Southern ferns. You will be greeted either by one of the two owners, or by our wonderful, friendly staff, many of whom have been with us for more than two decades. Our son, who was just a year old when we started, and our nephew, who was a young teen, are now an integral part of our staff.
