After 15 years as a marine biologist, CAPT. JEFF ROSS, owner of the F/V OBSESSION, has operated a fulltime charterboat in the gulf stream and Outer Banks since 1995. The OBSESSION is a 55’ custom “Carolina style” sportfisher, the last and largest custom built charter boats by Capt. Sheldon Midgette. She has state of the art electronics, a large salon, giant tuna chair and 2 additional fighting chairs.
